Terms of Service

Last updated: October 17, 2026

These terms apply to the alcstackdev website (alcstackdev.com) and to the alcstackdev publishing tool at postiz.alcstackdev.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

The Service lets its operator connect social media accounts, prepare videos and captions, and publish them to those accounts at a chosen time. It is operated by alcstackdev to promote our own mobile apps. Public registration is disabled, and access is limited to people we have approved.

2. Connected accounts

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You can disconnect an account at any time. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Platform rules

Use of the Service must comply with the terms and policies of every connected platform. For TikTok this includes the TikTok Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines and TikTok's developer terms. We do not add watermarks or branding to your content and we do not publish anything you have not prepared.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload. You are responsible for it, and you confirm that you have the rights to publish it. Do not use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, or to send spam.

5. Availability

We try to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a scheduled post will be published, because publishing depends on the connected platform. We may suspend or end access at any time, for example if these terms or a platform's rules are broken.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, alcstackdev is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by the connected platforms, arising from use of the Service.

7. Trademarks

TikTok is a trademark of its owner. alcstackdev is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.

8. Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: support@alcstackdev.com
