Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information is handled by the alcstackdev website (alcstackdev.com) and by the alcstackdev publishing tool at postiz.alcstackdev.com (the "Service"), and how it is used. Our mobile apps have their own privacy policies.
1. Who we are
alcstackdev is an independent mobile app studio. We operate the Service to plan and publish promotional videos for our own apps to our own social media accounts. For privacy questions, write to privacy@alcstackdev.com.
2. The website
The website alcstackdev.com does not use cookies, advertising, analytics or tracking scripts, and it does not ask visitors for personal information. Our hosting server keeps standard technical access logs (such as IP address, date and requested page) for security and troubleshooting.
3. Information the Service receives from TikTok
When an account owner connects a TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit, TikTok shares only the data covered by the permissions the owner approves on TikTok's consent screen:
- user.info.basic: the account's TikTok identifiers, display name and avatar.
- user.info.profile: the username, profile link and profile description.
- user.info.stats: follower, following, like and video counts.
- video.list: the list of the account's public videos with their basic details.
- video.upload and video.publish: permission to send a video prepared by the account owner to TikTok, as a draft or as a post.
The Service also stores the access and refresh tokens that TikTok issues for the connection, and the videos and captions that the account owner uploads to schedule.
4. How we use the information
We use this information only to connect the account, to show which account is connected and its basic statistics, and to send the owner's own videos to TikTok at the time the owner chooses. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, selling, or to train machine learning models, and we do not combine it with data from other sources.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties. It is exchanged only with TikTok, to provide the connection the account owner requested. Information may be disclosed if the law requires it.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored on a private server operated by alcstackdev. Connections use encrypted channels (HTTPS), access to the server is limited to the operator, and public registration for the Service is disabled.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep the information only while the TikTok account stays connected. The account owner can disconnect the account in the Service at any time, which deletes the stored tokens, and can also revoke access in TikTok under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Apps and services. Uploaded videos and captions are deleted when the owner removes them. To ask us to delete any other information we hold, email privacy@alcstackdev.com; we will respond within 30 days.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
