Data deletion

This page explains how to remove the information the alcstackdev publishing tool (postiz.alcstackdev.com) holds about a connected social media account, such as an Instagram or TikTok account.

Option 1: disconnect in the tool

Sign in to the tool, open the channel menu next to the connected account and choose to delete the channel. This removes the stored access tokens and the account's profile details. Videos and captions you uploaded are deleted when you remove them from the tool.

Option 2: remove access on the platform

Instagram: Settings, then Apps and websites, then remove the alcstackdev Scheduler app.
TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services, then remove alcstackdev Scheduler.

Option 3: ask us to delete it

Email privacy@alcstackdev.com from the address you use with us and tell us which account to remove. We will delete the data and reply within 30 days.
